Why are prices not published on the site?
Because the price depends on the modules you enable, how many programmes you run and the size of your ecosystem. We prefer to understand your need first and then send an accurate quote, rather than a generic number that suits nobody. Pricing is flat and transparent with no per-seat fees, and we share it in full on the first call.
How long does launch take?
Your branded platform stands up in minutes: AI applies your colours and logo and proposes your programme setup. What takes days after that is tuning evaluation tracks and application forms with your team, not months.
Is the platform fully Arabic?
Yes. Arabic first with full RTL on every screen, plus a mirrored English interface. It is not a translation added later.
Who owns our ecosystem data?
You do. Every partner has an isolated instance holding its own data, with consent, export and erasure tools built into the platform.
Where is the data held, and do you meet compliance requirements?
Your ecosystem data stays inside the Kingdom. The platform is built around Personal Data Protection Law requirements, subscription invoices are shaped for e-invoicing, and any regulated investment activity runs through a CMA-licensed partner.
Why not build the platform in house?
Building is not the hard part. The hard part is what comes after: compliance, data residency, e-invoicing and official reporting, and then maintaining all of it through every regulatory change. ilaf carries that load for you so your team stays on running the programmes themselves.
Do you operate the programme on the ground, or software only?
Both. The platform alone is enough for most organisations, and for those who need a team to actually run the hackathon or the cohort we provide one under the Ecosystem plan: planning, operations, judge recruitment and running the day itself.
I am a founder. How do I get on ilaf?
Through your programme. Accelerators and incubators run their portals on ilaf; you apply on your programme's site and your profile lives there. There is no direct founder sign-up on ilaf.io.
I am an investor. How do I see deal flow?
Two ways. A fund or angel network runs its own investor platform on ilaf: request a demo. An investor who wants deal flow from a programme already on ilaf joins through that programme's portal.
I offer a service or a perk. Where do I apply?
On the perks site: perks.ilaf.io/for-providers. One form, and a reply within one working day.
What happens after I request a demo?
A reply within one business day, a 45-minute session on a live environment carrying your brand, then the quote in writing.
What happens to our data if we leave?
Every person can download their data as a JSON file and erase their account from their own account page at any time. A whole-workspace export and deletion is run by the ilaf team on your written instruction, and the workspace is erased after the agreed retention period.
Do you integrate with our systems?
Your team signs in with a one-time email code, or with a Google or Microsoft work account where enabled. Impact reports export as Arabic-first CSV and PDF files. Named integrations are scoped with you on the intro call.
What support do we get?
Email support on the Launch plan, a dedicated success manager on Growth, and response-time commitments on Ecosystem set in the signed agreement. The service levels the support desk inside your own workspace measures are published at /legal/sla.
Can we start with a trial?
Yes. A 14-day trial of the Launch or Growth plan is arranged on the intro call; the Ecosystem plan starts with a conversation.
